Erik LeRoux, Kaden Levings, Knox Exton, Tyler Nord, Cedar Collins, Enzo Knapp and Jackson Warmack all finished in the top 21 for Cheyenne Mountain, which had five scorers in the top 12 to prevail against two-time champion Niwot by a 26-63 margin in the boys 4A final at the Colorado High School Activities Association state championship meet at Norris Penrose Events Center in Colorado Springs. Brian Kerrigan, Carter Bayer and coaches Sean O'Day and Stan Lambros also contributed for Cheyenne Mountain, which produced its lowest total in program history running on its home 5-kilometer layout at Norris Penrose.
